The Cortina Winter Polo Audi Gold Cup, to be held from 19th to 25th February, is a yearly rendezvous not to be missed.

The most awaited international polo tournament of the year has now reached its 23rd edition, and its sponsor, the Cristallo Hotel Spa & Golf, will participate in the event by hosting an exclusive cocktail for the leading Cup protagonists on Thursday 24th February.

The Cristallo Hotel has been chosen as one of the symbolic settings of Vacanze di Natale a Cortina, the latest in a series of Italian Christmas comedy movies (known as cinepanettone) produced by De Laurentiis and once again (for the third time) filmed in the shadow of the Tofane Mountains. Twenty years on from the first unforgettable cinepanettone (filmed in 1983), there is eager anticipation for the latest work by the Italian cinema production and distribution company, Filmauro. Under the guidance of Luigi De Laurentiis, who spent the autumn in Cortina following the shooting, the film, directed by Neri Parenti and written by Carlo and Enrico Vanzina, boasts an exceptional cast, including Christian De Sica, Sabrina Ferilli, Ricky Memphis, Emanuele Filiberto of Savoy, and many VIPs playing themselves.
