SHUTTLE SERVICE
A free shuttle service runs from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm each day and links the hotel with the centre of Cortina and the most important ski lift facilities.
SKI AND BOOT DEPOSIT
A ski and boot deposit is available for our guests, equipped with special heated shelters for boots and ski racks.
GARAGE AND CAR PARK
The Hotel Cristallo has two large car parks, an external one and a supervised indoor car park monitored by a CCTV system.
KID’S AREA
The hotel has an area completely dedicated to children. Babysitters of proven experience are available for our guests upon request.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in time is scheduled for 2:00 pm. Should you happen to arrive during the morning, the reception staff is on hand to assign you your desired room as soon as possible. Checkout time is before 12:00 noon.
